Le consentement au service n'est pas le consentement au marketing : créer un compte n'inscrit à rien. La case de la lettre d'information n'est jamais pré-cochée, et un e-mail de confirmation est exigé avant le premier envoi.

5. Personnes mineures
L'âge minimum pour créer un compte dépend du pays de résidence indiqué à l'inscription : 13 ans en Belgique, au Portugal, au Royaume-Uni et aux États-Unis · 14 ans en Suisse, en Autriche, en Italie et en Espagne · 15 ans en France · 16 ans en Allemagne, au Luxembourg, en Irlande et dans tout pays non listé.
La loi suisse ne fixe aucun âge et s'en remet à la capacité de discernement ; SOREN MOTO retient 14 ans, l'âge du permis cyclomoteur de catégorie M.
Toute personne mineure s'engage à informer son représentant légal qu'elle utilise SOREN MOTO, et le cas échéant qu'elle reçoit la lettre d'information. Le représentant légal peut à tout moment demander la suppression du compte à hello@soren-moto.ch.
6. Durée de conservation
- Données de compte : pendant toute la vie du compte, puis 12 mois après sa suppression
- Conversations : pendant la vie du compte
- Lettre d'information : jusqu'au désabonnement, puis conservation de la preuve du consentement
- Pièces de paiement : conservées par Stripe selon ses obligations légales (10 ans en Suisse)
- Journaux techniques : 30 jours au maximum
7. Vos droits
Vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de portabilité, d'opposition, de limitation, et du droit de retirer votre consentement à tout moment sans que cela remette en cause ce qui a été fait avant.
L'effacement se fait vous-même, en deux taps : Réglages → Mon compte → « Supprimer mon compte ». Motos, photos, conversations et abonnement partent immédiatement, sans passer par nous.
Pour les autres droits : hello@soren-moto.ch. En cas de litige, vous pouvez saisir le PFPDT en Suisse, ou l'autorité de protection des données de votre pays de résidence dans l'Union européenne.
8. Cookies et stockage local
- Stockage local du navigateur : jeton de session, langue choisie, source d'acquisition, mémoire des fenêtres déjà lues. Aucun de ces éléments ne quitte votre appareil.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-VSXN95HT7D) : mesure d'audience anonymisée. Chargé uniquement après votre accord.
- Pixel Meta (Facebook / Instagram) : mesure des campagnes. Chargé uniquement après votre accord.
Un bandeau vous demande cet accord à la première visite. Refuser est aussi simple qu'accepter, et le service fonctionne à l'identique. Tant que vous n'avez pas accepté, aucun de ces deux scripts n'est chargé : il n'y a rien à bloquer, rien n'est parti. Pour revenir sur votre choix, effacez les données du site dans votre navigateur : le bandeau réapparaît.
Les seuls éléments toujours actifs sont ceux sans lesquels le service ne fonctionne pas : le jeton de session et la langue choisie. Ils ne servent à aucun ciblage publicitaire.
9. Sécurité
- HTTPS sur toutes les communications
- Authentification par jeton ; aucune clé d'API n'est exposée au navigateur
- Proxy serveur : ni Supabase ni Anthropic ne sont appelés directement depuis le navigateur
- Row Level Security active sur toutes les tables : un compte ne peut lire que ses propres données
10. Modifications et contact
Toute modification substantielle est notifiée par e-mail au moins 14 jours avant son entrée en vigueur. La version en vigueur est toujours publiée sur sorenmoto.com.
Abonnements & mentions légales
A. Formules et paiements
A.1 Les deux formules, dès le 1ᵉʳ octobre 2026
Formule gratuite — 10 questions par mois et 2 véhicules. Sans moyen de paiement, sans durée limitée. Le compteur se remet à zéro le premier jour de chaque mois civil.
Accès illimité — CHF 9.90 par mois, ou CHF 94.80 par an (soit CHF 7.90 par mois). Sans engagement.
Jusqu'au 30 septembre 2026, l'accès est complet et sans limite de volume, et aucun paiement n'est possible ni demandé : la souscription ouvre le 1ᵉʳ octobre 2026.
A.2 TVA
Les prix sont indiqués en francs suisses. L'éditeur n'est pas assujetti à la TVA suisse tant que son chiffre d'affaires reste sous le seuil légal. Pour les clients établis dans l'Union européenne, la TVA due sur les services numériques est déterminée et facturée par Stripe selon le pays de résidence renseigné au paiement, et déclarée par l'éditeur au titre du régime OSS non-Union.
A.3 Paiement et renouvellement
Les paiements sont traités par Stripe Inc., certifié PCI-DSS. SOREN MOTO ne stocke aucune donnée de carte. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement à la fin de chaque période ; un rappel est envoyé avant chaque échéance annuelle.
A.4 Codes promotionnels
Un seul code par abonnement. Les réductions ne se cumulent pas : c'est une limite du système de paiement autant qu'une règle commerciale. Un code peut être daté, plafonné en nombre d'utilisations, et réservé à une première souscription.
B. Résiliation, remboursement, rétractation
B.1 Résiliation
Vous pouvez résilier à tout moment depuis Réglages → Mon compte → « Résilier mon abonnement », en un geste et sans e-mail. Le même bouton figure aussi dans la fenêtre « Mon abonnement ». Ou en écrivant à hello@soren-moto.ch. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours ; l'accès est conservé jusqu'à cette date, puis le compte bascule sur la formule gratuite. Votre garage et votre historique ne sont pas supprimés.
B.2 Remboursement
- Aucun remboursement pour une période déjà commencée, ni au prorata en cas de résiliation anticipée.
- En cas de dysfonctionnement majeur imputable à SOREN MOTO, un avoir ou une prolongation peut être accordé.
B.3 Droit de rétractation
Union européenne. Le service est un contenu numérique fourni immédiatement. En souscrivant, vous demandez expressément que l'exécution commence sans délai et vous reconnaissez perdre, de ce fait, votre droit de rétractation de quatorze jours. Ces deux mentions vous sont présentées et acceptées séparément au moment du paiement.
Suisse. Le droit suisse ne prévoit pas de droit de rétractation légal pour ce type de service.
B.4 Résiliation par l'éditeur
L'éditeur peut résilier un abonnement en cas de non-paiement après deux tentatives de débit, de violation des conditions générales, ou d'usage abusif ou frauduleux.

Consent to the service is not consent to marketing: creating an account subscribes you to nothing. The newsletter box is never pre-ticked, and a confirmation email is required before the first send.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the European Union are covered by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. No data is sold or handed to third parties.
5. Minors
The minimum age to create an account depends on the country of residence given at sign-up: 13 in Belgium, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States · 14 in Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Spain · 15 in France · 16 in Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland and any country not listed.
Swiss law sets no age and relies on capacity of judgement; SOREN MOTO uses 14, the age of the category M moped licence.
Every minor undertakes to inform their legal guardian that they use SOREN MOTO, and where applicable that they receive the newsletter. A legal guardian may at any time request deletion of the account at hello@soren-moto.ch.
6. Retention
- Account data: for the life of the account, then 12 months after deletion
- Conversations: for the life of the account
- Newsletter: until unsubscribe, then retention of proof of consent
- Payment records: kept by Stripe under its legal obligations (10 years in Switzerland)
- Technical logs: 30 days maximum
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before.
Erasure is yours to perform, in two taps: Settings → My account → “Delete my account”. Bikes, photos, conversations and subscription go immediately, without going through us.
For the other rights: hello@soren-moto.ch. In case of dispute you may contact the FDPIC in Switzerland, or the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
8. Cookies and local storage
- Browser local storage: session token, chosen language, acquisition source, memory of notices already read. None of this leaves your device.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-VSXN95HT7D): anonymised audience measurement. Loaded only after you agree.
- Meta pixel (Facebook / Instagram): campaign measurement. Loaded only after you agree.
A banner asks for that agreement on your first visit. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the service works exactly the same. Until you accept, neither script is loaded: there is nothing to block, nothing has been sent. To change your mind, clear the site data in your browser and the banner comes back.
The only items always active are those without which the service cannot work: the session token and the chosen language. They serve no advertising targeting.
9. Security
- HTTPS on all communications

- Server-side proxy: neither Supabase nor Anthropic is called directly from the browser
- Row Level Security enabled on every table: an account can only read its own data
10. Changes and contact
Any substantial change is notified by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. The version in force is always published on sorenmoto.com.
Subscriptions & legal notice
A. Plans and payments
A.1 The two plans, from 1 October 2026
Free plan — 10 questions per month and 2 vehicles. No payment method, no time limit. The counter resets on the first day of each calendar month.
Unlimited access — CHF 9.90 per month, or CHF 94.80 per year (= CHF 7.90 per month). No commitment.
Until 30 September 2026, access is complete and unmetered, and no payment is possible or requested: subscriptions open on 1 October 2026.
A.2 VAT
Prices are in Swiss francs. The publisher is not liable for Swiss VAT while turnover stays below the statutory threshold. For customers established in the European Union, VAT due on digital services is determined and charged by Stripe according to the country of residence given at payment, and declared by the publisher under the non-Union OSS scheme.
A.3 Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc., PCI-DSS certified. SOREN MOTO stores no card data. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period; a reminder is sent before every annual renewal.
A.4 Promotional codes
One code per subscription. Discounts do not stack: that is a limit of the payment system as much as a commercial rule. A code may be dated, capped in number of uses, and restricted to a first subscription.
B. Cancellation, refunds, withdrawal
B.1 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Settings → My account → “Cancel my subscription”, in one tap and with no email. The same button also appears in the “My subscription” window. Or by writing to hello@soren-moto.ch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access is kept until that date, then the account moves to the free plan. Your garage and your history are not deleted.
B.2 Refunds
- No refund for a period already started, and no pro-rata refund on early cancellation.
- In case of a major malfunction attributable to SOREN MOTO, a credit or an extension may be granted.
B.3 Right of withdrawal
European Union. The service is digital content supplied immediately. By subscribing you expressly request that performance begin at once and acknowledge thereby losing your fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Both statements are presented and accepted separately at payment.
Switzerland. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for this type of service.
B.4 Cancellation by the publisher
The publisher may cancel a subscription for non-payment after two attempts, breach of the terms, or abusive or fraudulent use.

5. Minderjährige
Das Mindestalter für ein Konto richtet sich nach dem bei der Registrierung angegebenen Wohnsitzland: 13 Jahre in Belgien, Portugal, dem Vereinigten Königreich und den USA · 14 Jahre in der Schweiz, Österreich, Italien und Spanien · 15 Jahre in Frankreich · 16 Jahre in Deutschland, Luxemburg, Irland und in jedem nicht aufgeführten Land.
Das Schweizer Recht legt kein Alter fest und stellt auf die Urteilsfähigkeit ab; SOREN MOTO setzt 14 Jahre an, das Alter des Mofa-Ausweises der Kategorie M.
Jede minderjährige Person verpflichtet sich, ihre gesetzliche Vertretung darüber zu informieren, dass sie SOREN MOTO nutzt, und gegebenenfalls den Newsletter erhält. Die gesetzliche Vertretung kann jederzeit die Löschung des Kontos verlangen: hello@soren-moto.ch.
6. Aufbewahrung

7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Einschränkung sowie das Recht, Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen, ohne dass die bisherige Bearbeitung dadurch unrechtmässig wird.
Die Löschung nehmen Sie selbst vor, mit zwei Tipps: Einstellungen → Mein Konto → «Konto löschen». Fahrzeuge, Fotos, Gespräche und Abo verschwinden sofort, ohne Umweg über uns.
Für die übrigen Rechte: hello@soren-moto.ch. Im Streitfall können Sie sich an den EDÖB in der Schweiz oder an die Datenschutzbehörde Ihres Wohnsitzlandes in der Europäischen Union wenden.
8. Cookies und lokaler Speicher
- Lokaler Browser-Speicher: Sitzungstoken, gewählte Sprache, Herkunftsquelle, Merker bereits gelesener Hinweise. Nichts davon verlässt Ihr Gerät.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-VSXN95HT7D): anonymisierte Reichweitenmessung. Wird erst nach Ihrer Zustimmung geladen.
- Meta-Pixel (Facebook / Instagram): Kampagnenmessung. Wird erst nach Ihrer Zustimmung geladen.
Ein Banner fragt beim ersten Besuch nach dieser Zustimmung. Ablehnen ist so einfach wie Annehmen, und der Dienst funktioniert unverändert. Solange Sie nicht zugestimmt haben, wird keines der beiden Skripte geladen: es gibt nichts zu blockieren, es wurde nichts gesendet. Um Ihre Wahl zu ändern, löschen Sie die Websitedaten in Ihrem Browser. Das Banner erscheint erneut.
Immer aktiv sind nur die Elemente, ohne die der Dienst nicht läuft: das Sitzungstoken und die gewählte Sprache. Sie dienen keiner Werbe-Zielgruppenbildung.
9. Sicherheit
- HTTPS für sämtliche Kommunikation

A. Formeln und Zahlungen
A.1 Die zwei Formeln, ab dem 1. Oktober 2026
Kostenlose Basisversion — 10 Fragen pro Monat und 2 Fahrzeuge. Ohne Zahlungsmittel, ohne Zeitlimit. Der Zähler wird am ersten Tag jedes Kalendermonats zurückgesetzt.
Unbegrenzter Zugang — CHF 9.90 pro Monat oder CHF 94.80 pro Jahr (= CHF 7.90 pro Monat). Ohne Bindung.
Bis zum 30. September 2026 ist der Zugang vollständig und ohne Mengenbegrenzung, und es ist keine Zahlung möglich oder verlangt: der Abo-Abschluss öffnet am 1. Oktober 2026.
A.2 Mehrwertsteuer
Die Preise verstehen sich in Schweizer Franken. Der Herausgeber ist nicht mehrwertsteuerpflichtig, solange der Umsatz unter der gesetzlichen Schwelle bleibt. Für Kunden in der Europäischen Union wird die auf digitale Dienstleistungen geschuldete Mehrwertsteuer von Stripe ermittelt und verrechnet, nach dem bei der Zahlung angegebenen Wohnsitzland, und vom Herausgeber im Rahmen des OSS-Verfahrens für Nicht-EU-Anbieter deklariert.
A.3 Zahlung und Verlängerung
Zahlungen werden von Stripe Inc. abgewickelt, PCI-DSS-zertifiziert. SOREN MOTO speichert keine Kartendaten. Das Abo verlängert sich am Ende jeder Periode automatisch; vor jeder Jahresverlängerung wird eine Erinnerung versandt.
A.4 Aktionscodes
Ein Code pro Abo. Rabatte sind nicht kumulierbar: Das ist ebenso eine Grenze des Zahlungssystems wie eine Geschäftsregel. Ein Code kann befristet, in der Anzahl begrenzt und auf einen Erstabschluss beschränkt sein.
B. Kündigung, Rückerstattung, Widerruf
B.1 Kündigung
Sie können jederzeit über Einstellungen → Mein Konto → «Abo kündigen» kündigen, mit einem Tipp und ohne E-Mail. Dieselbe Schaltfläche steht auch im Fenster «Mein Abo». Oder per E-Mail an hello@soren-moto.ch kündigen. Die Kündigung wird auf das Ende der laufenden Periode wirksam; der Zugang bleibt bis dahin bestehen, danach wechselt das Konto auf die kostenlose Basisversion. Ihre Garage und Ihr Verlauf werden nicht gelöscht.
B.2 Rückerstattung
- Keine Rückerstattung für eine bereits begonnene Periode und keine anteilige Rückerstattung bei vorzeitiger Kündigung.
- Bei einer schweren, SOREN MOTO zuzurechnenden Störung kann eine Gutschrift oder Verlängerung gewährt werden.
B.3 Widerrufsrecht
Europäische Union. Der Dienst ist ein sofort bereitgestellter digitaler Inhalt. Mit dem Abschluss verlangen Sie ausdrücklich, dass die Ausführung sofort beginnt, und anerkennen, dadurch Ihr vierzehntägiges Widerrufsrecht zu verlieren. Beide Erklärungen werden bei der Zahlung getrennt vorgelegt und angenommen.
Schweiz. Das Schweizer Recht kennt für diese Art von Dienstleistung kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht.
B.4 Kündigung durch den Herausgeber
Der Herausgeber kann ein Abo kündigen bei Nichtzahlung nach zwei Versuchen, bei Verstoss gegen die Bedingungen oder bei missbräuchlicher oder betrügerischer Nutzung.

SOREN MOTO ist ein Copilot für mechanische Informationen für motorisierte Zweiräder. Er ersetzt niemals einen Berufsmechaniker, und für Personen in Ausbildung auch nicht deren Ausbildner. Bestehen Zweifel an der Sicherheit eines Fahrzeugs: nicht fahren und eine Fachperson beiziehen.

2. Perché questi dati
- Fornire l'assistenza meccanica e adattarla al tuo livello, al tuo veicolo e al tuo paese
- Sincronizzare garage e storico su tutti i tuoi dispositivi
- Applicare l'età minima legale del tuo paese di residenza
- Gestire abbonamenti, quote del piano gratuito e pagamenti
- Inviare le e-mail legate all'account, e la newsletter se hai dato il consenso
- Migliorare il servizio a partire da statistiche anonimizzate
3. Base giuridica
- Esecuzione del contratto per account, garage e copilota (art. 31 cpv. 2 lett. a nLPD · art. 6.1.b GDPR)
- Consenso esplicito e separato per la newsletter (art. 6.1.a GDPR), raccolto con double opt-in
- Legittimo interesse per le statistiche anonimizzate
- Obbligo di legge per i documenti contabili
Il consenso al servizio non è il consenso al marketing: creare un account non iscrive a nulla. La casella della newsletter non è mai pre-spuntata e prima del primo invio è richiesta una e-mail di conferma.
4. Destinatari e trasferimenti fuori dalla Svizzera

- Anthropic PBC (Stati Uniti) — trattamento delle conversazioni con il copilota
- Stripe Inc. (Stati Uniti) — pagamenti, certificato PCI-DSS
- Infomaniak Network SA (Svizzera) — hosting web, e-mail e newsletter
- Google LLC (Stati Uniti) — statistiche anonimizzate
I trasferimenti fuori dalla Svizzera e dall'Unione europea sono coperti da clausole contrattuali tipo o da decisioni di adeguatezza. Nessun dato è venduto o ceduto a terzi.
5. Minorenni
L'età minima per creare un account dipende dal paese di residenza indicato all'iscrizione: 13 anni in Belgio, Portogallo, Regno Unito e Stati Uniti · 14 anni in Svizzera, Austria, Italia e Spagna · 15 anni in Francia · 16 anni in Germania, Lussemburgo, Irlanda e in qualsiasi paese non elencato.
La legge svizzera non fissa alcuna età e si rimette alla capacità di discernimento; SOREN MOTO adotta 14 anni, l'età della licenza per ciclomotori di categoria M.
Ogni minorenne si impegna a informare il proprio rappresentante legale che usa SOREN MOTO, e se del caso che riceve la newsletter. Il rappresentante legale può in qualsiasi momento chiedere la cancellazione dell'account scrivendo a hello@soren-moto.ch.
6. Conservazione
- Dati dell'account: per tutta la vita dell'account, poi 12 mesi dopo la cancellazione
- Conversazioni: per tutta la vita dell'account
- Newsletter: fino alla disiscrizione, poi conservazione della prova del consenso
- Documenti di pagamento: conservati da Stripe secondo i suoi obblighi di legge (10 anni in Svizzera)
- Log tecnici: 30 giorni al massimo
7. I tuoi diritti
Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, portabilità, opposizione e limitazione, e il diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza rimettere in discussione quanto fatto prima.
La cancellazione la fai tu, con due tocchi: Impostazioni → Il mio account → « Eliminare il mio account ». Veicoli, foto, conversazioni e abbonamento spariscono subito, senza passare da noi.
Per gli altri diritti: hello@soren-moto.ch. In caso di controversia puoi rivolgerti all'IFPDT in Svizzera, o all'autorità di protezione dei dati del tuo paese di residenza nell'Unione europea.
8. Cookie e archiviazione locale
- Archiviazione locale del browser: token di sessione, lingua scelta, sorgente di acquisizione, memoria degli avvisi già letti. Nulla di tutto questo lascia il tuo dispositivo.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-VSXN95HT7D): misurazione anonimizzata del pubblico. Caricato solo dopo il tuo consenso.
- Pixel Meta (Facebook / Instagram): misurazione delle campagne. Caricato solo dopo il tuo consenso.
Un banner chiede questo consenso alla prima visita. Rifiutare è semplice quanto accettare, e il servizio funziona allo stesso modo. Finché non accetti, nessuno dei due script viene caricato: non c'è nulla da bloccare, nulla è partito. Per cambiare idea, cancella i dati del sito nel browser: il banner ricompare.
Restano sempre attivi solo gli elementi senza i quali il servizio non funziona: il token di sessione e la lingua scelta. Non servono ad alcun targeting pubblicitario.
9. Sicurezza
- HTTPS su tutte le comunicazioni
- Autenticazione con token; nessuna chiave API è esposta al browser
- Proxy lato server: né Supabase né Anthropic sono chiamati direttamente dal browser
- Row Level Security attiva su tutte le tabelle: un account legge solo i propri dati
10. Modifiche e contatto
Ogni modifica sostanziale è notificata via e-mail almeno 14 giorni prima della sua entrata in vigore. La versione in vigore è sempre pubblicata su sorenmoto.com.
Abbonamenti & note legali
A. Piani e pagamenti
A.1 I due piani, dal 1° ottobre 2026
Piano gratuito — 10 domande al mese e 2 veicoli. Senza metodo di pagamento, senza limiti di durata. Il contatore si azzera il primo giorno di ogni mese civile.
Accesso illimitato — CHF 9.90 al mese, oppure CHF 94.80 all'anno (= CHF 7.90 al mese). Senza vincoli.
Fino al 30 settembre 2026 l'accesso è completo e senza limiti di volume, e nessun pagamento è possibile né richiesto: la sottoscrizione apre il 1° ottobre 2026.
A.2 IVA
I prezzi sono in franchi svizzeri. L'editore non è soggetto all'IVA svizzera finché il fatturato resta sotto la soglia di legge. Per i clienti stabiliti nell'Unione europea, l'IVA dovuta sui servizi digitali è determinata e fatturata da Stripe in base al paese di residenza indicato al pagamento, e dichiarata dall'editore nell'ambito del regime OSS non-UE.
A.3 Pagamento e rinnovo
I pagamenti sono trattati da Stripe Inc., certificato PCI-DSS. SOREN MOTO non conserva alcun dato di carta. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente alla fine di ogni periodo; prima di ogni scadenza annuale viene inviato un promemoria.
A.4 Codici promozionali
Un solo codice per abbonamento. Gli sconti non sono cumulabili: è tanto un limite del sistema di pagamento quanto una regola commerciale. Un codice può essere datato, limitato nel numero di utilizzi e riservato a una prima sottoscrizione.
B. Disdetta, rimborso, recesso
B.1 Disdetta
Puoi disdire in qualsiasi momento da Impostazioni → Il mio account → « Disdire l'abbonamento », con un tocco e senza e-mail. Lo stesso pulsante è anche nella finestra « Il mio abbonamento ». Oppure scrivendo a hello@soren-moto.ch. La disdetta ha effetto alla fine del periodo in corso; l'accesso è mantenuto fino a tale data, poi l'account passa al piano gratuito. Il tuo garage e il tuo storico non vengono cancellati.
B.2 Rimborso
- Nessun rimborso per un periodo già iniziato, né rimborso pro rata in caso di disdetta anticipata.
- In caso di malfunzionamento grave imputabile a SOREN MOTO, può essere concesso un accredito o una proroga.
B.3 Diritto di recesso
Unione europea. Il servizio è un contenuto digitale fornito immediatamente. Sottoscrivendo, chiedi espressamente che l'esecuzione inizi senza indugio e riconosci di perdere per questo il tuo diritto di recesso di quattordici giorni. Entrambe le dichiarazioni sono presentate e accettate separatamente al momento del pagamento.
Svizzera. Il diritto svizzero non prevede alcun diritto di recesso legale per questo tipo di servizio.
B.4 Disdetta da parte dell'editore
L'editore può disdire un abbonamento in caso di mancato pagamento dopo due tentativi, di violazione delle condizioni, o di uso abusivo o fraudolento.

SOREN MOTO è un copilota di informazione meccanica per veicoli a due ruote a motore. Non sostituisce mai un meccanico professionista, né, per chi è in formazione, il proprio formatore. In caso di dubbio sulla sicurezza di un veicolo, non mettersi in strada e consultare un professionista.
C.4 Diritto applicabile e foro
Diritto svizzero. Foro: tribunali del Cantone di Berna. Restano riservate le disposizioni imperative di protezione dei consumatori del tuo paese di residenza abituale.
